 Scarlett Johannson…she of the enviable pout. I know that some fashion pundits consider Scarlett to be hit-or-miss when it comes to style, but I think that most times, she gets it right. Like in this number. When choosing dresses, petites need to go short or long. Very long. Not mid-calf; that’s probably the most unflattering place for your skirt hem to hit. If you’re going long, go all the way to the floor. Calf-length dresses tend to cut our legs short and that’s the last thing you want to do.

The dress hits a perfect spot on the knees. Another plus on this dress is the bust-enhancing top and how the bare shoulders draw the viewer’s eye up, so I give this look an A+. It’s perfect for Scarlett or for any other petite woman with a dressy function to attend.
