Who is the Petite Fashion Scenester? Just another 5′0 woman living in a supermodel world. At least, it seems that way. However, being petite does have its advantages, so before you grumble because you have to drag out the footstool to reach the top kitchen cabinet, consider that most people will think you’re way younger than you really are, just based on your height. I know this sucks when you’re 18 years-old and you’re constantly mistaken for a middle-schooler, but as you get older, you’ll appreciate it.
Through a lifetime of shopping for fashions that didn’t make me look like a Hobbit, I’ve learned valuable tips and tricks and I’m delighted to pass them along, as well as discuss them with you. Face it, Fashion is a fickle mistress; one day, wide legged slacks are in, the next, it’s skinny pants that you have to butter yourself into.
